Vendors must provide accurate product information, images, pricing, and comply with applicable laws.
Vendors are responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service.
Listing prohibited or counterfeit products is strictly forbidden.
MidasTouch Marketplace may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations.
